We’ve set out to build the most knowledgeable staff in all of New England and take a new approach to retail. Considers himself fortunate to have had the opportunity to purchase his childhood ski and tennis store back in 2022! Mike merges his experiences in management, investing and corporate finance with his passion for skiing, racquet sports and trail running.

24 years in retail management with 14 years leading BST’s buying and merchandising, Ski Magazine tester. Happy places are mountain biking, skiing, backpacking, trail running!

Elliot “Whispering Beaver” Simmons-Uvin work in WB as sales associate. I’m rounding the corner on my first year with the company, and come from 6 years experience in outdoor educaiton. During the winter stretch you can find me snowboarding across the independent mountains, or volunteering teaching snowboarding. IN the off season, I;m on the court dinking in the kitchen, paddling in Worcester County, or attending tribal gatherings in Nipmuc community.

5 years of working in retail with 3 years at BST. Has been an avid Snowboarder and Tennis player for his whole life.

Paul DeVito's

Bootfitter

Paul has dedicated 45 years to perfecting the art of ski boot fitting, starting back when the Salomon boot brand first launched. His core mission is to elevate your skiing experience by maximizing both comfort and performance. When not working, he can be found on the slopes at the tennis courts or golf course.

Ryan Cook

Bootfitter

Ryan is a longtime Newton resident who’s built both his career and personal life around helping people enjoy everything New England has to offer. When he’s not fitting ski boots at Boston Ski & Tennis, you’ll likely find him skiing throughout New England with his family, coaching youth lacrosse, or helping clients buy and sell homes as a Realtor.

5 years in retail. PSIA Certified Ski Instructor. I enjoy helping clients reach their goals by matching them with better gear. After my skis are put away for the
summer, I enjoy mountain biking, pickleball, and hiking.

2 years as assistant manager , 9 years in retail. After 6 seasons working in the Utah ski industry, Shaun’s happy to be home spending more time with family. Passions include powder days at the bird, camping, boston sports, and all things ski boots.

12 years retail experience. 7 years bootfitting at BST. Wachusett Ski Instructor and Westborough High School Assistant Tennis Coach. Passions include skiing, biking, backpacking, tennis, kayaking, and spending time outdoors with my wife and two young kids.

Tai is a lifelong skiing professional with more than four decades of experience spanning competitive alpine skiing, teaching/coaching, equipment management, boot fitting, and retail operations in both South Korea and the United States.
